Giving
"And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Colossian 3:23-24 (NKJV)
E-Giving
- E-Giving is a short name for electronic giving or online giving. E-Giving allows you to make contributions to Zion Baptist Church by authorizing your bank to transfer funds electronically from your checking or savings account or make a contribution via a credit/debit card transaction.
- E-Giving is convenient and simple and all tranactions are made through a secure site.
- The Church desires you to manage debt prudently. If you elect to give by credit card, we encourage you to use this option wisely. Credit card transactions carry higher fees for the Church, and, for that reason, we encourage electronic bank (including debit card) transactions over credit cards, whenever possible.

E-Giving Frequently Asked Questions. Additional questions regarding this option may be directed to the Church Clerk at churchclerk@zionbaptistchurch.net
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- The financial support for Zion programs, ministries, outreach, etc. is derived solely from disciple and attendee giving (tithes, offerings and gifts).
- We believe in tithing as the scripturally stated obligation of all believers, in response to God's command. In carrying out our commitment to tithing, we are guided by the scriptures as stated in Malachi 3:10, "Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and try me now in this, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it."
-
The Church's annual operating budget is grounded in our mission - such that everything we do supports it. In each budget, 10% - 15% of our operating funds are earmarked annually for contributions that support external Human Needs/Community Outreach.
