Are there times you feel like you just don’t have enough time to do all you need to do?
Are you interested in participating in a group with others who are also caregivers with similar concerns?
The Ministry of Zion Baptist Church is forming a special group to address the unique needs of Caregivers.
This special group will meet by Zoom for six Mondays at 7:00 pm. During these weekly one-hour sessions you will learn about the special needs of Caregivers, receive tips on self-care and share techniques for managing emotions and the competing demands you experience on a daily basis.
